Canadian band Signal Static’s new single “Under the Skin” is a complete banger

Signal Static is an amazing punk/alternative rock band from Victoria, Canada. The trio has created such a unique sound for themselves by combining different genres like hard rock, and alternative punk rock with heavy metal and grunge. Inspired by some legends like Tool, Muse, Queens of the Stoneage, and many more, Signal Static has taken a little from these legends and made its own sound.

Static Signal has released an album called “Start Transmission” and three singles including their latest release “Under the Skin”.

Let’s talk about the song and its ingredients in detail. The song starts with a heavy guitar riff, a fast and groovy drum beat, and a thick bass line. Soon the vocals come with a punk rock style but with a more toned metal guitar riff. The melody is very intriguing as it has elements of rock and beautiful harmonies. The guitar riff is a real hook and gets stuck in the head. The guitar work on the track is phenomenal and has a lot of different elements to look out for. The drums and bass carry the song till the end and have a lot of significance in the track.

“Under the Skin” is a well-produced masterpiece by Signal Static that does not disappoint. The song has many little details that can only be appreciated by listening to it. Static Signal is a fantastic band and is highly recommended to listen to their songs.
