KLEN is an amazing four-piece band that has got some electrifying music for you. Originally from a town called Penryn in England, the band has just started their musical career in 2022. KLEN have a very unique way of presenting themselves, with a 70s-style appearance and the drummer playing in a standing position. The band’s music can be described as psychedelic rock blended with modern songwriting skills.
The band debuted with their single called “Down The Pen” in 2022 and is back with yet another amazing track called “The Pipers”. Let’s talk about the song and its ingredients in detail.
The song starts with a little commentary that is very brief but kicks in the intro of the song. Surprisingly a guitar riff comes blasting in with a lot of crankiness and distortion. Soon after a bar of that guitar riff, the drums come raging in with bass and another guitar. The intro is very rocking and has a vintage vibe of 60s rock. Soon the vocals enter with a very unique style of singing that has got a lot of gruffness and loudness to it. The song has a lot of sound effects and fun bits by band members to make it more enjoyable. A guitar solo comes in after the chorus that has got amazing tone on the guitar. The song follows the same pattern and structure till the end.
“The Pipers” is a beautiful and groovy song with its catchy guitar riff and psychedelic vibes, KLEN has made a wonderful song. It’s highly recommended to listen to the song
