The Nied’s Hotel Band – We’re Just Fine (2022 Remastered Version) | Sing it out!

The Nied’s Hotel Band re-recorded We’re Just Fine, their hit single from the 2020 album named after the band. This time, the melody has a richer RnB feel and rock riffs all across. The release comes right after the band’s Number One International iTunes Hit ‘The Day the Lady Cried.’ The band’s lead John Vento commented that the song was not only a massive fan favorite, it also reflected on the band’s RnB roots. And this is why Pittsburgh’s most celebrated live music group decided to remaster it this year.

We’re Just Fine is a bright and bubbly number packed with RnB vocals across raw guitar riffs. The many layers of the composition combine retro feeling RnB with rock elements. And the background vocalizations are an upgrade from the last version. Addiontally, the lyrics composed by John Vento alongside Tim Hadley are refreshingly motivational.

The song comprises three verses and the catchy chorus that follows each of them. The bridge at the middle of the song is a symphonic experience that sets the tone for what comes after. On the same lines, the song ends with a drawn-out instrumental where the saxophone really shines. What really works about this composition from The Nied’s Hotel Band is how the sonic setup works with the lyrics to bring out the highest notes of the story.
