Seether Drops New Single – Judas Mind off new LP

South African rockers Seether just dropped their new single “Judas Mind” available for streaming on all platforms. This is the lead single from their upcoming album “The Surface Seems So Far”. The band will be releasing the album on September 20th via Fantasy records.

“‘Judas Mind’ is a song about reaching an understanding that there are bad actors in our lives that are trying to force an outcome for us that we don’t see as our destiny,” points frontman Shaun Morgan. “It’s about rising up against people who have a vision for you that you don’t share.”

The album has been perfectly engineered and mastered by Matt Hyde along with Shaun Morgan who has worked as a producer. The first tease of the album, “Judas Mind” starts with riffs and arpeggiated muted notes played on the guitar which gives way to a raging chorus. Seether’s last album “Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum” had released on August 2020 mid pandemic.

Seether has also announced an US tour where they will be headlining along with Skillet. The band is all set for the tour which starts with Ashville, North Carolina just before the album release on 17th September. Seether will also perform at Louder than Life and Aftershock festival.
