From the reality of the previous millennium, Thy Veils has been thriving in the field of digital media expression. Their art can be seen as a profound exploration, an experiment, and a quest within the undefined spheres of quantum movement. Under Daniel Dorobantu’s direction, Thy Veils debuted as a studio project in 1995 and quickly became a major player in the ambient music scene in Romania. Daniel transformed Thy Veils into a syncretic art ensemble in 2008 after 13 years of studio productions. As of 2021, Thy Veils has released multiple singles, four live albums, seven studio albums, a DVD with non-narrative video essays, video art for installations and live performances, and music for contemporary dance and movies.
