Stream: Golem – Australian Prog Act Caligula’s Horse Announce 6th Studio Album

Australian prog metal band Caligula’s Horse returns with their new album ‘Charcoal Grace‘. They released their latest single and video, “Golem“, a compelling preview of their upcoming sixth studio album. Scheduled to hit the shelves on January 26, 2024, via InsideOutMusic, the album promises to be a new phase in the band’s sonic evolution. Their last release was the 2020 album Rise Radiant.

Golem” delves into the band’s collective struggle during the pandemic, encapsulating the weight of expectation felt by musicians globally. Reflecting on this unique experience, Caligula’s Horse shares, “It’s a heavy song with an emphasis on riffs and driving rhythms.

Caligula’s Horse debuted “Golem” live at the opening show for their labelmate Devin Townsend in Melbourne. The band is currently on tour in Australia supporting Townsend in Melbourne, Sydney, and their native Brisbane, with a tour in the US slated next year in support of the new album.
