Lana Del Rey Exchanged Wedding Vows with Intimate Ceremony in Louisiana

Lana Del Rey has married professional alligator tour guide Jeremy Dufrene according to recent reports. The 39 year old Grammy nominated singer-songwriter exchanged her wedding vows at Des Allemandes, Louisiana last Thursday, September 26th. According to reports, the reception took place in the same bayou where Jeremy operates his swamp boats tours.

Some of Lana Del Rey’s members attended the intimate ceremony, Dressed in a three-piece suit and brown shoes, her father Robert walked her down the aisle. Lana was seen wearing a floor-length white dress in the photos.

Del Rey had first met Dufrene, 49 in Des Allemandes when he gave her and her friends a tour, back in 2019. In 2024, Dufrene attended the 2024 Hangout Music Festival in Golf Shores, Alabama which Lana Del Rey headlined. This is where the couple reconnected and this followed a series of visits by Dufrene to her concerts all through the summer. The Leeds festival in UK saw the couple holding hands backstage.

The marriage has garnered a lot of interest among fans online. since Dufrene is not a known face nor some one from the entertainment industry. The couple had obtained a marriage license from the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court in Louisiana on September 23, just 3 days before the nuptials.

Del Rey went public with the relationship only recently although they have known each other for at least 5 years, as we can see from her social media posts.

On March 22, 2019, Lana Del Rey had posted a few pictures with Dufrene, one of which showed them sitting together on a boat. The caption read “Jeremy lemme be captain at Arthur’s Air Boat Tours x”.
