The production of this song follows a beautiful flow, with gentle peaks and valleys in energy and sound, with the solo in the middle of the song serving as the piece-de-la-grande of this song, the apple of the eye, really. It is beautifully articulated, and evokes so much emotion and elevates the whole game of the song to many echelons past.
The lyricism of this song is delivered directly, and simply– but let that not deter you; for it is meaningfully, and deliberately so; expressiveness and emotion are always best conveyed straight, with no fannying about convoluted metaphors, and that is what this song accomplishes beautifully well. I shan’t speak of it so much to the point where I just lay it all out for you, though, it is an experience you have to undertake unto yourself– but what I can do, is tell you it will be worth every second, every bar, every time.
