Tickets for most of the cities for the Ed Sheeran “+-=÷x India Tour 2025” were sold out in a few minutes after bookings opened on December 11th at 4 pm.
As soon as Sheeran announced his India tour for next year, fans were awaiting the ticket sales, only to see them getting sold out in minutes. What is worse is this happening right after so many fans are still coping from missing out on their favorite band Coldplay perform.

Sold out only to resell?
Several angry fans complained on not getting a chance to book their tickets. One comment read, “Ed Sheeran sold out in 2 mins?? I am so disappointed!” Some even wondered if there is something wrong with Book My Show, the ticketing partner for the event. “BMS is soooooo shady like 4:00 the thing opens and 4:03 they’re showing sold out what is the point of this even?” commented another fan.
Ed Sheeran fans can still book tickets for all the following venues: Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad, except Shillong. But the only issue is the cheapest tickets, the General Admission P1 slots were sold out within seconds. From what it seems the other slots P1, P2, P3,P4 will also be sold out soon. For example for Delhi NCR, there are only General Admission P4 and General Admission P2 slots available right now.
Where as for Shillong, all the tickets have been sold out by now. The Upper Stand West, Lower Stand North and Upper Stand North have been selling the fastest. Some fans from Shillong even asked for resale prices with many sellers willing to sell. “Tix for sale. DM to buy,” wrote one such seller on X.
Furthermore, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai have General Admission P3 slots available. Bangalore is on General Admission P5, along with some General Admission Plus slots for all of them. Click here to book your tickets!
The India leg of the tour starts at Yash Lawns, Pune on January 30th and ends at Delhi’s Leisure Valley Ground. Sheeran stops at Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru and Shillong.
