The opening track, “Miss Mace 432Hz” begins with a pleasant accented piano chord progression with some smooth vocals. The song has a Beatle-esque quality to itself. The accented piano chords make way for the crunchy guitars slowly. Then some single-note piano lines with processed digital vocal samples bring in the energetic outro with a keyboard solo. The song has a solid drum sound. You revel in the sound of the arrangement pulling out.

The second track, “Electronic Dance Mace 432Hz” is a reimagined version of the previous track by Autorub, a sort of extension. This song is mostly instrumental with some vocal samples. The song begins with an ascending synth keyboard riff which we heard back in the previous song. The mood of the song then transforms into some insane hard rock power riffing. The riffs coupled with the keyboard riff, and the single-note piano lines bring the song to a crescendo. The track tones down for some electro-synth section with processed guitar parts. But soon we return to the tasty dance of instrumental joy.

Michael Corn’s solid songwriting is evident throughout “The Miss Mace Mixes 432Hz.” The intricate arrangements and clever use of various elements keep you hooked. There is a great classic rock ethos with modern production. Fans of groovy rock with a sharp edge will find much to love in this latest release.

In “The Miss Mace Mixes 432Hz,” Autorub has crafted a pair of tracks that are as engaging as they are innovative. Michael Corn continues to prove that music can be both fun and meaningful, making this double single a must-listen for any rock music lover!
