The End is Near grind out refreshing metal with their latest single, “Executioner”

If the End is Near, this is what I want to hear. The heavier than metal band from Orange County, CA has returned after delivering 3 other heavyweight singles that sit proudly atop their mantle. If you want to go mellow, I suggest you look away. Here, we’re ripping holes in the membranes of the universe with all the energy that can be earned. This one is called Executioner.

Get the frequencies low, for you won’t find much above. Be reminded, Executioner is only a minute and ten seconds long. In that time, the band makes sure that they deliver piping hot lava in tones that are captured in tight, engorged moments. The 3-piece band is able to generate as much momentum as they can gather. It teaches us more than a thing or two. Unlike the vocals of Grindhouse, the band goes a step further to make sure this is as dark and deep as a crevice can get. It is elemental in its approach-while the inspiration can be heard, it is much better to forge your own path in the trails of waters. The End is Near is putting out a consistent sound-something that resonates with rage, death and an imminent fatigue of the world we know. On point, on brand.

They clearly do not need any introduction, for their music speaks volumes above 11. The trio has just begun this incredible journey, and I suggest listening to all their songs for a great flavour profile. Score out their Instagram and headbang to the track here:
