The Attached Outsiders are another brand of rock. The band from Texas has released a slew of songs that uniquely define them as the force that they are in the scene. Though independent, they are fiercely creative and make each lyrical experience a brilliant and entertaining endeavour to experience. This one is called Crowded Room.
When you listen to the single, you expect an evocative acoustic number. You’re pulled away on a different carpet, as new textures come rolling in. This is just the rhythm being set, while soothing electric guitar leads give you a nice nugget of what the chorus might sound like. It sounds like a stripped version of a Sum 41 sound, yet vocally it has a diverse trajectory to go with.
Rocking, another way
It is an emotional number, but captures a latent energy that is willing to explode out. The Attached Outsiders are at the height of their chemistry, creating melodies where they play off of each others elements. Just like Useless and Meant to be, you can’t see where they take you. They guide you through a sonic experience through their own eyes, and nail it in the process.
The formation of this new sculpture is incredible to watch. In their coming album, you’re going to hear the process, the voyage and all that the band believes in. The Attached Outsiders enjoy the space of limbo, where they can belong and escape all within a fleeting moment.
