Riding with Killers brings indie rock a cinematic aura with their single, “Novelty”

Riding with Killers bring a cinematic appeal to their brand of rock. Merging symphonic soundscapes with feel good rock, their lyrics and sound take you on a journey through the unknown. Dense, tailored lyrics will be like nothing you have heard in a long, long time. This is their song Novelty, from their album Full Circle.

Some bands like to bare it all, at first glance. Instead of peppering singles that tell many short stories, Riding with Killers went the extra mile. Full Circle is a near perfect album with some brilliant music that tantalises your imagination. The band has brought an Oasis like melting sound in the background as the melodies begin to intertwine. The verse section will lead you to semi-sketched blotches in a comic strip, leaving your imagination asking for more. The sound builds in the dramatic moments like ocean tides, building when there is a rise. All of it seems to be in a demolition mode for the rushing, beautiful chorus that comes around. It is that enriching, nurturing anticipation of a new relationship, a new experience, told with so much soul that it makes sense in many different ways. Riding with Killers might be an oxymoron in music, for they make some of the most soothing music you can hear.

Self professed metalhead, moderately well read. If the music has soul, it's whole to me. The fact that my bio could have ended on a rhyme and doesn't should tell you a lot about my personality.
