With indie at their base, the song blends in a little of blues, country, rock and folk into their creativity. This is my first time listening to KJP and ‘Love By You’ has melted my heart. The emotional depth they carry is so gratifying along with a prolific storytelling defines the Bands creative prowess.

Kyle and his vision sparked the Kyle Jordan Project to explore music from a fresh and compelling angle. The Band hails from Victoria, British Colombia. Kyle is a versatile musician, a drummer, guitarist who loves to fusion different genres. He navigates through blues and infusing folk with experimental textures. The sound produced grips a very feel of familiarity as well as evanescence, balancing two worlds at the same time.

Greg Van Kerkhof and Katie Burke contribute their amazing vocals that breathe life into the band’s musical adventure. In this latest release, ‘Loved By You’, Greg and Katie vocals are dripping with melancholy. The smooth texture of the melody and hard-hitting lyrics entangles the listener into a spiral of warm love and longing. Their vocal synchronizations interweave a lush and immersive sonic experience.

There is nothing quite like being Loved By You..”, sets the stage for raw emotions, enveloping the listeners in a cocoon of personal journeys.
Leeroy Stagger produces it, crafting a simple and slow tempo while creating a seductive soundscape. The Kyle Jordan Project’s unique perspective shines through in ‘Loved By You’ and has taken a well-earned place on my current Playlist.
