About the Artist
Krey Galin is an independent artist from Recife, Brazil, moving between singing and rap while pulling from Hip-Hop, R&B, and Afrobeat. Raised around music and playing multiple instruments early on, he builds a rhythm-heavy, fluid sound shaped by those roots. His EP Tanong Mo Sa Girl Mo, released April 2026, leans into confidence and tension, circling around romantic rivalry with a direct, sort of confrontational edge.

The EP
Tanong Mo Sa Girl Mo opens the EP, and it’s the kind of song that takes you straight back to 2016. It carries that almost Justin Bieber-type vibe—the kind where, in the music video, the guy follows the girl around, singing right to her. The sound feels ripe and fresh, full of summer, and it sets the tone immediately.
Next, Pergunta Pra Sua Mina follows that same lane but leans a bit more sultry. The beats drop deeper and hit more sporadically, which gives it that groove—you don’t just listen, you move your hips to it. It keeps the energy going but shifts the mood just enough to feel intentional.
After that, Pregúntale a Tu Pelada comes in and switches things up. This one leans into rap, heavy on swag. It sounds like it’s pulled straight out of a street rap battle circle, with rhythmic, snappy delivery that keeps it catchy without losing that edge.
Buza Intombi Yakho follows next and drops lower in its register. It feels a bit more grounded, with English sprinkled throughout. “Ask your boo” becomes the refrain that ties everything together, looping across the project and keeping it cohesive.

Lastly, 물어봐 네 여자 (Mureobwa Ne Yeoja) closes things out. Fully in Korean, it softens the edges a bit. It’s less snappy, more melodic, slightly more romantic in tone, but it doesn’t lose any of the swagger the EP builds on.
Finally, across all five tracks—Tagalog: Tanong Mo Sa Girl Mo, Portuguese: Pergunta Pra Sua Mina, Spanish: Pregúntale a Tu Pelada, Zulu: Buza Intombi Yakho, Korean: 물어봐 네 여자—the project sticks to one core idea.It plays with confidence, romantic tension, and that feeling of asking around, checking receipts, trying to understand where you stand. At the same time, it shows an artist who understands how to carry a feeling across languages without losing it, who builds consistency without sounding repetitive, and who knows exactly how to stay in their lane while still stretching it just enough to keep everything fresh.

Figuring out my path while actively plotting ten others. Serious about my dreams with somewhat chaotic ambition. Will do anything for cats.
