The Passing Sages- Crisis on the Dancefloor | Enthralling Hook

The Passing Sages are a six-piece pop outfit from Fife, Scotland cleverly blend the old and new. The contemporary music of the Passing Sages is sprinkled with retro, dancey vibes and nostalgic tones. With an ear for funky, soulful rhythms and modern effects, The Passing Sages don’t just take their sound from present-day contemporaries like Lady Gaga or Chic but rather melds disco with electronic sounds inspired by old school legends like Grace Jones.

The UK-based band released a very successful EP titled Burning Up. This was positively received by critics and brought attention to the group.

This was followed by their newest single ‘Crisis on the Dancefloor’, which brings about familiar positive vibes but with a twist!

The snapping synth-infused verses create a disco vibe that will call out any party pooper all night long. Fearless guitar riffs set the mood for an overall EDM theme. The combination of joyful guitar revving and slick rapping spouting messages creates an uncanny vibe.

The vocals come through with real charm and great character, while the backing music holds a solid beat. We love how infectious the lyrics are – the song has such a fun, delightful message. Furthermore, ‘Crisis on the Dancefloor’ is amazing and will be perfect for your playlists this weekend!

It obviously seems like someone is appealing to their audience not to get too immersed in their gadgets during stage concerts, but to unwind themselves. So keep your phone aside and let loose by blending into one massive party gathering!
