Paige Shannon – The Deep End | Expedition

Paige Shannon‘s latest single, ‘The Deep End,’ takes us on a delightful journey. Paige Shannon, a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, infuses today’s country-pop scene with an Americana and folk-tinged touch. The sound cape is really exciting, and it is palatable to a wide set of audience who adore travelling. The music would most likely strike a chord with them right away. It surely conjures up images of a fulfilling expedition.

The country slides and strumming guitar opening establish the tone for the tune. It was extremely well-considered in perspective of the meaning of the phrases. For me, the most brilliant aspect of the arrangement is the addition of each ingredient as the segment progresses. The vocal melody is repetitious, which works for the song in certain ways. It appears as if the same individual is travelling across new, uncharted territory. The bridge is the pinnacle, where you can experience exactly how you will feel when you arrive at your eventual destination. The restlessness has a solution. You’re more at ease and satisfied. That’s exactly the effect I got when it got to this stage after a long and considerable climb. The songwriting is outstanding. Every aspect of the arrangement is presented as a fellow traveller or as places you pass through on your way to the deep end.

I had a great time reviewing the song. The instruments brought a lot of thought to the tune and gradually boosted the intensity. The sound design entices you to fly. Listening to Paige Shannon’s incredible piece was a great pleasure.
