Recone bring metalcore mania with their single with Burned Time Machine, “Addiction”

Recone are the hot, acidic response from Kyiv, Ukraine. Neo-metalcore with a romantic twist, there is alot to learn from this style of music they have manifested. A sub-genre that will take shape of their ambition, this band brings the searing heat of passion with their innate ability to fluidly approach topics that others stray away from. This is their single with Burned Time Machine, Addiction

I think the opening serves as enough of an answer. A solid kicker, the djent-ish riff creates the crater we rest upon. Like early Bring Me The Horizon, Recone touch the skies with glory. The vocals are like sandpaper, polishing the surface of this big machine that is the rhythm. Double bass echoes through, while galloping beats keep the verse enticing. A brutal crash wakes up parts after the chorus, almost unexpected. It goes as low as Messhuggah’s tone in Obsidian. Rhythm pockets are tailored to the lyrics and transitions, making for a superb melodic and savage track. You’ll remember the melodies for the refreshing wake-up they are. Recone don’t want you to put them in any box, yet what you receive is a gift.
