DJ QuarkBeats is a contemporary music producer and DJ known for his eclectic mix of electronic and pop genres. He has gained attention with tracks like “Whiskey Flames,” released in July 2024 — and following closely is his latest single, “Turn The Tables”, this time in Hindi — keep reading for my thoughts!
The whole track is pronounced by an uptempo pop beat, with the gentle, catchy guitar riff in the background — and the lyrics are in Hindi; when the basses do drop, the themes here are of love, to look beyond and to appreciate the littler things; and as we settle into the hook, the instruments all come together to create a moving, relaxing listen. The energy balance is just about perfect as the ensemble comes together with quite its flair, and as the electric guitars enter for the solos around the middle of the song, the spirit of the song truly settles within the listener, and leaves a lasting impact, as you’re left hankering for the repeat button.

The production affair on “Turn The Tables” plays excellent accompaniment to the soulful vocal performance and the uplifting themes, with the lush, warm pads and the powerful, rumbling basses. Alongside the acoustic guitars and the vocal harmonies, the beat lends just the right amount of punch to the mix, rendering it an enjoyable listen from start to finish. There’s also much to appreciate about the mix and master on “Turn The Tables”, which retains excellent control at the low-end, while creating just the right atmosphere with its separation and its layering. Put all of these things together, and the result is a thoroughly enjoyable listen.
All in all, “Turn The Tables”, by DJ QuarkBeats — a solid, well-rounded single that finds itself elevated even further by the experimentation, and the spotless execution. Take a listen to the track here!
