Aversions is a project that mixes American post-punk and ’80s post-hardcore with beauty creating a sound that is both unique and distinctive. Their alternative sound is immersive and surely something that will be loved by the masses. Their discography consists of 2 singles and 2 EPs that are all so amazing that you will be lost for days in their maze. Their way of intertwining basses, drums and guitars with the vocals is surely something new and fresh out of the oven. Do give this amazing project a go and trust me you will be amazed by how vast their musical sense expands to through their tracks.
I recently discovered Aversions when I came across their latest release which is named New Whip which is one of their best works yet. The track is packed with some great melodies and harmonies that will touch your heart. Their musical sense of creating tracks that are so innovative just blows my mind away every single time I listen to their tracks. New Whip starts off with a harmony that is blended with guitars that sets the vibe of the track. Slowly the vocals intensify and then the drums kick in with a massive impact. This track’s structure is a masterpiece for sure. Do give this track a go if you love to listen to great experimental music that runs deep into musicality. Aversions is surely making it big soon and there is nothing stopping them. Hope you enjoy the track like I did.
