I Am The Unicorn Head brings some catchy indie rock with their self-aware admission, “Music for Humans”

I Am The Unicorn Head has always been that niche in indie music that makes you think. The clever 2 piece experiment rock band from UK and USA have had a collection catalogue cleavers that change how you perceive music. Not only do they develop their own bubble, but cook up melodic recipes in a flash. This is their latest single called Music for Humans.

We don’t expect ETs to make music that mere mortals like us appreciate. Yet, I Am The Unicorn Head has its fair bit of study. Focusing all its energy into making more music in our frequency, this latest song does the same. The creativity channels itself through this indie punk rock track, which has a quick pace and something to say. It goes meta in understanding what the purpose of making music is, and maybe a bit introspective. Humans are complex human beings, so spraying every colour of the palette in one song might not be possible. The band tunes into the state of yearning humans have for making music that will resonate with other humans. Doesn’t this make them a little human too? With this appeal, another catchy, fun single promises to be the opening to their new album which will be releasing soon.

I Am The Unicorn Head has enough collaborations, many with 9 o’clock Nasty that share this idiosyncratic view on life translating to music.
