After his farewell tour is over, the legendary Elton John teased that there might be surprise shows but he verified that he wasn’t thinking about tours anymore. The British vocalist, pianist, and composer, is one of the best-selling musicians of all time with over 300 million albums sold globally. He is also the most accomplished solo act in the course of the US Billboard charts’ history.
Elton John claims that even when his current farewell tour is over, he will continue to perform. As his five-year Goodbye Yellow Brick Road farewell tour was drawing to a close, Elton declared, “I’m not going to tour again.”
Further adding, “There may be the odd show.” Following the conclusion of the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road concert on July 8 in Stockholm, Sweden, Sir Elton expressed his excitement for “a little bit of freedom.”

Magical is the word from Elton John
At an Emmy event in Los Angeles, California, to promote his Disney+ show Elton John Live: Farewell From Dodger Stadium, The Rocket Man disclosed his plans for sporadic performances after the tour.
He also said that his concerts recorded in the Californian city had felt “magical” to perform.
With three months remaining, the tour has already become the most successful in history, grossing £678 million. By the final 330th gig, industry analysts forecast that it will surpass $1 billion (£795,000).
