Kyle Watson, a singer-songwriter from Brooklyn, New York, just released his fabulous new song called “It’s You“. The song includes a lot of influences from genres like gospel, soul, and R&B music, and it’s amazing to see how effectively these genres are merged into such a wonderful current pop flavour. The song offers such lovely imagery that genuinely fill the air with a fresh scent of love and compassion. The vocal delivery, which is simply amazing, further conveys the authenticity of the poem. The improvised parts at the conclusion of the song are fantastic. The movements instil so much emotion and devotion in the performance that it considerably elevates the meaning of the lyrics.
The progression is already a mood. The extended chords on the E. Piano are very wonderful and immediately set a tone of the song. Apart from the lead voice, the vocal harmonies are a character in itself, giving the gospel spirit and sounding so grippingly engaging that it quickly draws you into the song. The bass and percussion keep the pulse going well, even as the slight movement below keeps things interesting through doing so much less. Overall, the arrangement is so well-written that no instrument overpowers the others. The idea is really uncomplicated. I believe that the song deserves our attention based just on the powerful vocals, which I am sure will astound you.
