Daniel Herr – Live Without – Acoustic Sessions | Emotional Vulnerability

There is something about acoustic music that just feels so much more emotional! Daniel Herr has just released an acoustic version of ‘Live Without’ and its filled with sadness and melancholy. A song that seems like an ideal addition to any heartbreak playlist. Just as the name suggests, the song is about losing someone and living life without them! A cliché idea that is the usual premise of songs in this genre, but Daniel has taken it a step above with his amazing vocals. Daniel’s vocals are shivering with sadness and any listener can tell that he is actually feeling all that he’s singing about. That makes a difference to the quality of the music!

Daniel was born in Zurich, Switzerland, though he is an American Singer Songwriter. Daniel Herr is a graduate from Oxford University and was even a lawyer who worked for an international law-firm in Paris! Isn’t that amazing? His vocals are always filled with a sense of vulnerability and is always very emotional. His voice is extremely pleasant and it just penetrates that weak spot in your mind that just pushes you to the verge of tears, even if nothing is wrong!

An amazing single that is just amplified by the acoustic version! The emotional vulnerability of Daniel just takes this track to another level and sets it apart from other songs in this genre. The shiver in his voice is so evident, its as if he himself is crying while he sings this, reliving traumatic memories from his life! This is a track that is worth listening on long bus journeys on a cloudy day, the perfect setting to make yourself feel sad and melancholic for absolutely no reason.
