The three elements are the ambience, lyrical texture and the awesome vocals they give us time after time. Their fan list grew instantly after Future Mommy and dance friendly numbers, that also create an incredible aural experience. Desperate Electric resonate with the kind of guilt-free, good time that people want to have, a much-needed miracle in this day and age. Their vocal harmonies have the kind of glitter you want for that uplifting rhythm-especially in the number In Case You Missed It.
If the pop envelope has that electric zing, it is because they can celebrate that energy well. It isn’t easy combining contrasting elements, like in Prove Me Wrong. They have the unique potential for making R&B this miraculous explosion of colour, stitched with the fun lyrical diversions that they like to take. While they’re on these alternative pathways-they make sure you’re a part of that enveloping buzz. Sometimes it’s as simple as the feel they go after in Dopamine. The synths interact with the vocals like a magic carpet-elevating it with suave and detailed harmonies.
It’s also lovely to have much quicker tracks like Red Hot. Desperate Electric have combined their talents to actually be able to dive into the mechanics of the electronica. They delve into vocal filters, the kind of essence it brings out in the song-as well as their own signature sound. It is like they put together so well in the song Pressure. A relaxed R&B and funk styled number with such brilliant vocals and lyrics that it keeps your attention. Bringing the idiosyncratic art of MC Escher is a whole new touch, and that is what makes all the difference.
Shorter tracks like Earthly Delights seem to bridge the gap perfectly between tempos and vibes. If an entire palette has been offered, you can see why you would have trouble choosing the colour. They make the art complete with amazing balance of their ideas. It is like watching improv happen in music, only if the structure has been mastered through symphony.

Self professed metalhead, moderately well read. If the music has soul, it's whole to me. The fact that my bio could have ended on a rhyme and doesn't should tell you a lot about my personality.
