While attending music college, Andrew Ingermann intended to produce various projects, including guitar rock, piano jazz, experimental electronics, and classical piano. He lives in South West London and regularly performs at open mics on guitar and piano. Instead of pursuing individual projects, he combined these musical influences into a single distinct sound. The resulting music includes fuzzy rock guitars, piercing leads, rich basses, ambient synths, chaotic structures, classical piano, and modern jazz harmonies. His lyrics, frequently based on half-dreamed visions, explore experienced emotions, premonitions, and unspoken phrases. Drawing inspiration from Tom Chaplin, Conor Mason, and Brian Molko, Andrew explores singing in a wide range to find his unique voice.
Andrew Ingermann’s sweeping new single “Little Muse” took me on an emotional journey. The track begins with a moody, atmospheric soundscape thanks to shimmering synth and ambient textures. But it’s not long before a catchy rhythm emerges from the shadows, anchored by driving drums and pulsating bass.

That’s when Andrew’s warm vocals also enter. His soft yet assured delivery gives the song an immediate intimacy. His melodic sensibilities are on full display here as smooth lines intertwine with the song’s hypnotic instrumentation. By the time a fiery guitar solo bursts in around the 2:30 mark, you’re completely hooked. This was one of my favorite sections of the song.

“Little Muse” demonstrates Andrew’s skills as both a vocalist and instrumentalist. He wrings every ounce of feeling from each note, resulting in one of the most cathartic moments I’ve heard all year. “Little Muse” continues to build to an iconic climax. There is melancholy, and then there is drama in the climax.
Andrew Ingermann paints a vivid story of lingering love and longing through his evocative lyrics and passionate performance. The track’s lush soundscape sweeps you up in a wave of emotion. It’s the kind of song you want to lose yourself in, replaying on an endless loop. You will be bopping your head but also soaking in all the emotions by closing your eyes. “Little Muse” by Andrew Ingermann leaves you craving more of his deeply moving brand of music.
