Black Note Graffiti create a rumble in riff land with their hard rock single, “The Source”

They’ll get you with their riffs. Black Note Graffiti are the down and dirty grunge dungeon that wants you to lose your mind to the power of rock. Nothing is in your control, when you have music that makes you swing wild. Their latest single showcases that feverish fire that they carry, and they’re fuelling it well. This is called The Source.

So what does the band bring in this time. From the get-go, you get one of those prime headbanging riffs. The kind that make you want to not just join the pit, but create one. Before the vocals start, you’re absorbing the rhythm. The lyrics echo with purpose, almost like a prophet’s voice. The menacing notes will make you want to not lose that stank face. Come on, it doesn’t get dirtier with this kind of gruff snuff.

Seizing the moment

Black Note Graffiti aren’t here to watch you be prim and proper. This is your release, and you’re standing this close to the holy grail. When they manipulate the same riff to have new punctuations in the rhythm, you’ll know what kind of effect the band has. They’re in their own domain, and you’re lucky to be in the guest list. This is as shiny as hard rock gets, and it burns with the energy of a hundred suns.
