Tom Morello Set to Ignite India: RATM Guitarist’s Debut Solo Tour Arrives in India

India’s rock faithful, mark your calendars and charge your amps because a seismic riff storm is heading our way this December. Guitar hero, activist, and sonic anarchist Tom Morello is finally making his India debut. Yes, the Grammy-winning, Rock & Roll Hall of Famer whose fingers have launched revolutions, not just chords, will electrify three cities: Gurugram (Dec 17, HUDA Gymkhana), Mumbai (Dec 19, MMRDA G-Txt Grounds), and Bengaluru (Dec 21, Phoenix Marketcity, Whitefield). The tour is co-produced by BookMyShow Live.

Three Cities, One Legendary Guitarist

For decades, Morello has been the mad scientist of the electric guitar, bending strings, circuits, and minds alike. From Rage Against the Machine’s defiant anthems – Killing in the Name, Bulls on Parade, Wake Up – to the brooding brilliance of Audioslave, his playing has always been a battle cry wrapped in distortion. And now, that fire is set to roar live on Indian soil.

“India has always been on my map,” says Morello. “Music is about connection, revolution, and soul and I can’t wait to share that energy with fans in India.” For a country whose rock scene thrives on passion and rebellion, the timing couldn’t be better.

The Activist Behind the Amplifier

Beyond the feedback and fury, Morello remains a rare blend of intellect and insurgency – a Harvard-educated radical who uses his guitar as a megaphone for justice. Ranked 18th on Rolling Stone’s Greatest Guitarists of All Time, he’s proof that six strings can shake systems.

This December, India won’t just witness a concert. It’ll experience a call to arms, in power chords.

Tickets set to drop – October 8
