Bumbershoot 2026 brings Turnstile, Death Cab For Cutie, and an insanely crazy lineup to Seattle this Labor Day weekend.
As the iconic Bumbershoot Arts & Music Festival gears up for its 2026 edition, we have some thoughts on the lineup. The lineup this year seems to be packing a bunch of energy bombs from punk trendsetters to indie icons. Set to take place over Labor Day weekend from September 5 to 6, the festival continues its legacy as one of Seattle’s most eclectic cultural events.

Headliners That Hit Different
Day one will witness an insane set from Turnstile, a band that has been reshaping the boundaries of punk with its progressive approach. Closing out the weekend is hometown favorite Death Cab For Cutie, bringing a more indie-driven finish to the festivities.
This year’s roster leans heavily into genre diversity. Fans can catch the dreamy indie pop of Japanese Breakfast, the genre-bending sounds of Blood Orange, and the masked country flair of Orville Peck.

EDM icons like Chase & Status and TOKiMONSTA will bring in the vibes, while punk legends Bikini Kill and hip-hop icons De La Soul will take the festival to the net level.
The lineup also includes boundary-transcending acts like Yves Tumor, viral rap duo Joey Valence & Brae, and Belarusian post-punk outfit Molchat Doma. Rising artists like Sudan Archives and ATARASHII GAKKO! will keep things fresh, alongside cult favorites like Peaches.
More Than Just Music
Bumbershoot has always been more than just music. Alongside the stacked music lineup, attendees can explore visual art installations, comedy sets, film screenings, wrestling showcases, skate culture, and a strong lineup of local food vendors. It’s a full-throttle cultural hangout mirroring Seattle’s timelessly creative spirit.

Tickets for the 2026 edition are already on sale, and the demand is…HIGH. I men, no wonder, right? Whether you’re there for the mosh pits, the chill indie vibes, or just the food and art, Bumbershoot is shaping up to be one of the must-attend festivals of the year.
