In the year 2025, Brad himself revealed that he had to undergo a diagnosis for stage four clear cell renal carcinoma, which happens to be one type of kidney cancer, which apparently metastasized into his lung.

Revealing the news of his diagnosis, the frontman went on to mention that he had no fear about it, but he also shed light on his disappointment about the cancellation of the band’s upcoming tour, which just goes on to show his dedication and love for music.
