From Nagaland to the Global Stage

Imnainla Jamir was born and raised in Nagaland and has carved out a niche for herself as an outstanding guitarist. She has proven how much passion and hard work can help someone achieve their dreams. Her consistent efforts and live performances have now gained the attention of a global brand known for its innovation and sophisticated equipment.

As this collaboration entails, she will be performing using Ibanez’s gear henceforth.

A Support System Behind the Success

Jamir has also credited her supporters who have helped her reach this milestone, like Hoshino Gakki and Music Distribution Company. She has also credited her family, friends, well-wishers and the Task Force for Music and Arts (TaFMA) for their continued support of her art.

“It is truly an honour to be part of the Ibanez family. I hope this journey inspires more young musicians from our region and beyond to pursue their passion,” she said.
