I am the Unicorn Head-Eating Cornbread in Quarantine | Bizarre

I would have dared you to not click on that tile after processing all that information. Follow this story to develop the reason how such an eclectic sound can be produced. Two musicians share music with each other online, find out similar tastes on Reddit. The result is a group called I am the Unicorn Head, and the song is Eating Cornbread in Quarantine.

Absolutely nothing is normal about this, and that is the point. Not only that, it is the crux around which everything has revolved around during this phase in our lives, that dictate our future. Judging just by the songs name wasn’t enough, now I was curious to know what the most reddit band name ever had produced.

I was amused, thrilled, and excited. Their single was fantastic, it had great layers, styles and experimented with time signatures which I love. The lyrics are the lament of everyone’s mind during the period of quarantine, especially if you lived alone. The duo seemed to have translated the thoughts precisely into mundane activities that defined us during that period. They also might always have defined you, but you were never as aware about it as you are now. If that makes sense, but what really does now? (Pessimist alert).

That’s it, I did it. I finished talking about the track and how fun it was listening to it, without bringing up the elephant on the screen. I’m talking about the absolutely bonkers album art, which is already a hook for me, I’m a fan without even listening to the music.

Self professed metalhead, moderately well read. If the music has soul, it's whole to me. The fact that my bio could have ended on a rhyme and doesn't should tell you a lot about my personality.
