La Biche’s much-awaited third single is out. And Hard Vision is a banger just like its predecessors. La Biche is exploring an alternative sound in the French pop scene, while adding sensuality to it. Laetitia Dremeau is a dancer, choreographer, model, and a plastic arts expert, is the face behind this stage persona.
Hard vision is an insight into a night out, and the artist La Biche brings it to obscure life. Almost high, a new vision emerges from her subconscious on this ride. A dark creature emerges, and we discover with the artist that this is but a facet of her – alter egos that we all have. And as this alter ego guides La Biche into an alternate reality, the sonic arrangement makes for an exhilarating ride.
The soft, breathy vocals of the artist combined with the sultry instrumental production for an eerie chill. It runs down your spine, and then fills your head with thoughts of the mysterious and dangerous. Heady percussions offer a comforting 90s nostalgia to the track. Julien Chirol takes it for the instrumental arrangement on it, as does Pierre Luzy for the fluid mix-mastering.
