Tired All The Time-Regrets

Tired All The Time-Regrets | Point of return

I remember listening to Tired All The Time for the first time with their single Then and There, earlier this year. The track was an interesting sonic exposition, it was a treat for the years and was laced with apparent but creative messages. Now the band comes together for their latest single, Regrets.

With a Pixies like alt-rock sound, they splice some electronic ambience into the track. It is fairly fresh in terms of sound, and matches the theme. Ostensible with the depicted artwork, the theme is whether these actions that hurt the world will be regrettable. It is a topic that is constantly looked past by some other titbit of what a celebrity said. Change has to be immediate, the path we take otherwise will lead to an ocean of regrets. The melancholy undertone is the signature for this song, the flourishes are a few and not much is taken away from the message that is poetically put across.

This is their 3rd release for the year. Elohim has been so far their most streamed track, another track with a socially conscious soul. Tired All The Time have steered their sound to being moral messengers without losing their quality in the art form they love so much. Since their inception, they have tried to create a forward through the forms of rock, pop and new-age punk that can drive home the themes they believe in. We hope to hear more quality music from them.

Self professed metalhead, moderately well read. If the music has soul, it's whole to me. The fact that my bio could have ended on a rhyme and doesn't should tell you a lot about my personality.
