Fleeting Persuasion – Night Arrives | Therapeautic
Melbourne songwriter James Spencer Harrison’s solo project is Fleeting Persuasion. He rose to prominence with works such as the EP Find Any Place (2013) and the LPs Tales Surround the Lighthouse Lamp (2016) and Traced Out (2017). While his approach evolved into a full band approach, Harrison chose to create songs under the new title Fleeting Persuasion, and in 2019, he released the LP Forever Caught.
‘Night Arrives’ is a calm, ambient track that conveys its message through a basic, strongly reverberated pattern. The guitar performance is amazing and complements the vocals perfectly. Listening to this musical beauty transports you to a boat surrounded by scenic grandeur. The artist taps into the depths of his imagination to create a dreamy, yet soothing backdrop that moves with a gentle flow. The listener is captivated by the ethereal guitar work, which along with the vocals, creates an effortless atmosphere. Looking for a quiet place where your thoughts can roam free? Have you ever wondered what it feels like to be at the bottom of the ocean? What about the feeling of flying through the air as effortlessly as birds do? If any of these thoughts have crossed your mind, then this song is for you. It takes you on a journey through your subconscious and allows you to explore the depths of your imagination.
