BTAV – Love Follows | Emotional House

BTAV has just released their latest single – ‘Love Follows’ that sounds like a combination of elements from House and Pop. ‘Love Follows’ sticks to BTAV’s usual style that revolves around heartbreak and love. Should a heartbreak always be sad? How do you cheer yourself up while still basking in the melancholy and sadness of the situation? That’s where BTAV comes in! His own form of emotional healing that involves dancing your sadness away!

BTAV has a really inspirational story behind how he started making music. Apparently in 2015 he didn’t know what DAW to use, so he sent a message to his idol at the time ‘DJ Carnage’ and to his surprise, he got a response to his question. This started off his career and through 4 years of experimenting with multiple genres in EDM, until he realized that House music was his passion. Now he releases music under BTAV and plans to release only House Music with pop elements under this project.

‘Love Follows’ starts off like any other house track with some catchy arpeggio keys that seem to go throughout the track, just with minor changes! A very useful element in house is to keep one sound relevant throughout to give direction to the track. This has been successfully mastered by BTAV and makes this a really catchy track. Jam packed with inventive beats and easy to follow lyrics, this song is the definition of anthemic and emotional in the sense that we see ourselves singing it in a sea of thousands right back at the musician.

All I can say is that I cant wait for some new BTAV music! He seems to have found his calling with this project.
