ALESTI is a solo music project from the Norwegian artist Stian Alsaker, who is a songwriter, guitarist, and producer. Further, the artist aims to collaborate with singers for a distinct feeling and energy within each of his tracks. He has already collaborated with some of the most celebrated singers of our time as part of this project. The list includes Rory Rodriguez of Dayseeker, James DeBerg of Thousand Below, Julian Comeau of Loveless, and quite a few others.
A song about being disconnected from reality, Disconnected is nuanced in its exploration of what causes disillusionment in young minds. The song beautifully captures the loneliness of an individual who experiences this, and their fear to lose their passion and abilities. Hence, combining these universal emotions with a unique and modern brand of alternative metal, ALESTI creates an ambiance of post-hardcore with a touch of Electronica.
